The staff was friendly and check-in was quick, making our arrival smooth.

No complaints, we would stay here again when in Goodlettsville. The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are brilliantly helpful. The room is impressive, comes with all the amenities and huge bathroom, as example. The location is unbeatable and comfy, 1 mile from Historic Mansker's.

It was fairly clean inside.

The room was sweltering, and the A/C barely worked. There were holes in the walls and mold under the sink. It felt more like a nightmare than a getaway.

hotel is right for a few days outside of Nashville. rooms are comfortable and amenities are basic. girl at the front desk is super attentive.

Breakfast is what you'd expect in this kind of place, just to get by, nothing else. The only thing that convinced me less is the cleaning of the common areas and that one day they didn't fix my room although it was free from 10:00 to 16:00.

It was a great experience overall. Everything was perfect, breakfast was adequate. Exceptional, accommodating hotel's staff.

Had a blast with friends at this spot! The pool was awesome and breakfast had tons of options. We checked out LP Field to catch a Titans game and hit up a couple of local restaurants nearby. Super easy access to everything. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great match for a temporary stay in Goodlettsville with fantastic value for money. Make sure to check your room type to avoid disappointment.

Convenient location off the highway with a decent Mexican restaurant nearby. Checked in after a long delay. The staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. Requested extra pillows and blankets; those were delivered promptly. The room was clean and spacious but had issues. Reserved accommodations had unclean sheets. Staff rectified it quickly, which I appreciated. Significant drawbacks: outdated facilities, broken fixtures, and a lingering cigarette odor. The hallway reeked, and the bathroom lighting was problematic. A cockroach near the breakfast area was unsettling. Charged more than expected, and there were long waits for towels. Although the staff was pleasant, the condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

During our stay for a business trip, we found the location of the hotel right off the highway very convenient. The staff, from the check-in desk to the head of maintenance, were incredibly kind and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and our furry friends also enjoyed a meal. Despite some minor issues with the room, we appreciated the friendly service and convenient amenities nearby.
